Substantial rebates apply to patients with private health insurance. Please check with your health fund for your expected rebate.
There are no 'out of pocket' cost to patients attending under WorkCover or Veterans' Affairs.
A rebate of $52.95 can be received via medicare for clients registered under a Team Care Arrangement (TCA), Enhance Primary Care (EPC) or Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP).
Payment is required at the time of consultation via Cash, Credit Card or EFTPOS.
Patients with private health insurance can claim their rebate using our HICAPS terminal.
Patients attending for treatment under WorkCover need to have been referred via their GP and should have reported the injury to their employer. Please provide us with contact details for the employer as well as a claim number and current Work Cover certificate once available.
If you have a valid Medicare/EPC/CDM plan, full payment is required at the time of consultation. We can then process your rebate from medicare electronically, or can provide you with a receipt to take to Medicare.
Please note that we do not bulk bill.
You are welcome to bring your own shorts or singlets, we do however have shorts and gowns available for your privacy.
Please attempt to arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and allow 30 minutes for treatment.
We set aside our time to provide you with individual care to ensure you get the benefit of our expertise. As such we have a strict cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment we require notice the day before the appointment (24 hours).
The applicable fee will be charged for late cancellations.
