Tim Boyd
Tim is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 30 years experience gained working across a variety of settings including physiotherapy clinics, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation centres, fitness facilities, and sports strength and conditioning.
Tim provides clinical “exercise as medicine” to assist clients limited by chronic disease or injury. With a simple “motion is lotion” and “use it or lose it” philosophy to foster self-empowerment, he offers movement, exercise and education to assist clients gain better control of their limitations and in doing so enjoy healthier, more active lives.
In recent years, he has continued to apply his earlier experience in strength and conditioning and exercise rehabilitation into special interest areas such as chronic pain, mental health, active ageing and falls prevention.
Tim is also experienced in many aspects of Workplace Injury Management, including injury rehabilitation, injury prevention programs, workplace ergonomic assessment, and functional capacity assessment.
Away from work he enjoys following sport, listening to music, native birdlife conservation, gardening, and keeping active on and around the beach and coffee shops with family and friends.

Jasmin Ritchie
Jasmin graduated with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University in 2012. Since then, she has worked with a variety of clients in various settings including hospital outpatient departments, GP clinics, specialist clinics and university clinical trials.
Jasmin enjoys meeting new people and supporting individuals in managing their health and improving their quality of life. Jasmin has lived in various cities around Australia and has recently returned to the beautiful Northern Rivers.
Outside of work Jasmin enjoys cooking, gardening, going to the beach and spending time with her young family.

Tayley Robertson
Tayley graduated with a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, and has a background as a strength and conditioning coach. Tayley started at Physio Plus in 2023, and has previously worked in outpatient hospital setting’s, as well as local fitness facilities.
Tayley has a passion for injury prevention and managing chronic diseases by utilising evidence-based exercise prescription for the individual.
Tayley grew up local to the area, and in her spare time enjoys heading to the beach, travel, and spending time with her family.

Cameron Davies
Cameron graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University in 2024 and completed a Bachelor’s of Sports and Exercise Science in 2023. He started at Physio Plus in 2024 and previously served 8 years in the Australian Army as an Infantry Soldier, where he found his passion for strength training, sports, outdoor living and injury rehabilitation.
Cameron believes in using evidence-based practice to help individuals achieve their goals and manage their injuries and illnesses through daily movement and exercise.
Cameron grew up local to the area, and outside of work, you can find him in the gym, camping with his partner and two daughters or on the footy field with his beloved Casino Bulls playing Rugby Union.

Claire
Claire is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES) who graduated from Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. She has experience working with a wide range of clients including those managing chronic disease, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal injuries and healthy ageing populations. Claire is passionate about helping people improve their strength, mobility and confidence through safe, evidence-based exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
With a strong background in strength training and rehabilitation, Claire has a particular interest in osteoporosis management, falls prevention and helping older adults build strength to remain active and independent.
Before becoming an Exercise Physiologist, Claire served for 19 years in the Australian Regular Army where she worked as a Physical Training Instructor designing and delivering conditioning programs for personnel across a wide range of fitness levels. This experience continues to shape her practical, supportive approach to exercise and rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Claire enjoys staying active through long-distance triathlon and marathon running. She is a member of both the Byron Bay Triathlon Club and Byron Bay Runners Club and enjoys training and competing in endurance events including Ironman distance triathlons.
